If you wish to participate, the current personal fundraiser is selling candles produced locally by Omaha Candle Company. The information will only be available to print from the website due to lack of interest in preprinted forms during previous years.

Start Date: Sunday, August 18th

End Date: Sunday, September 8th

Turn in: Order forms must be turned in at Tranquility Ice Rink by 9/8/13.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please secure forms in an envelope and turn them into Gilinda Giles or you can place them in the OHC drop box. I will also be collecting them in person on 9/8/13 from 2:00 to 4:00 at the front counter of Tranquility Ice Rink.

Order forms will not be accepted after September 8th .

Candles will arrive approximately 3 weeks from date of order.

WHEN COLLECTING THE MONEY:

THE CHECKS NEED TO BE MADE OUT TO YOU.

ONLY ONE CHECK MADE OUT TO “OMAHA HOCKEY CLUB” WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $9.00 PER CANDLE SOLD.

YOU WILL KEEP THE DIFFERENCE AS YOUR FUNDRAISING PROFIT.

Your order will not be submitted unless this rule is followed.

Candles sell for $18 and $9.00 goes to the skater!

Thank you very much for participating and good luck on selling! As always, these fundraisers are provided to you to help defray the cost of your son/daughter’s hockey fees. This is not mandatory or required by the league!

The next fundraiser will be Otis Spunkmeyer cookies beginning mid-September dates TBD.
