Des Moines, IA | Are you a skater? Des Moines Youth Hockey Association is excited to announce that they are hosting a Laura Stamm Power Skating Workshop!  Learn from the pioneers of power skating with 6 hours of instruction over 3 days of all on ice instruction.

Focus on:

• Forward and backward skating
• Forward and backward crossovers
• Explosive starts
• Backward crossover starts
• Lateral mobility
• Skating with pucks
