Congratulations Squirt A Team…Midwest Champions!

Continuing their commitment to give all the parents full heads of grey hair before the end of the season…it took the Omaha Jr. Lancers overtime and a shoot out to be able to raise the Squirt A Midwest Championship Trophy in Des Moines.  Waterloo played a solid game and went up 2-0 but the Omaha boys played hard and never gave up…coming back to tie the game late in the third.

Goaltender Grant Woosley came up big in the shoot out giving Omaha a 3-2 win. 

This is the third Championship game and second Championship for the Squirt A team this season.
