If you wish to participate, the final personal fundraiser is selling Butter Braids. You may print it right from the website!

Start Date: Sunday, November 17th End Date: Sunday, December 1st

Turn in: Order forms must be turned in at Tranquility Ice Rink by 12/2/13. NO EXCEPTIONS.

(You may secure order forms in an envelope and turn them into Gilinda Giles, or you can place them in the OHC drop box).

Order forms will not be accepted after December 2, 2013- NO EXCEPTIONS

Butter Braids will arrive at Tranquility Ice Arena on December 14th.

If your order is not picked up on December 14th both product and funds will be forfeited.

I will email you with the timeframe for pickup, which in the past has been 9-11.

WHEN COLLECTING THE MONEY:

·         THE CHECKS NEED TO BE MADE OUT TO YOU.

·         ONLY ONE CHECK MADE OUT TO “OMAHA HOCKEY CLUB” WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $7.00 PER ITEM SOLD.

·         YOU WILL KEEP THE DIFFERENCE AS YOUR FUNDRAISING PROFIT.

·         YOU MUST COMPLETE THE OHC ORDER FORM (ATTACHED) AND RETURN WITH PAYMENT, KEEPING YOUR ORIGINAL ITEMIZED FORM AS YOUR RECORD.

Your order will not be submitted unless these rules are followed.

Items sell for $12 each and $5.00 goes to the skater!

As always, these fundraisers are provided to you to help defray the cost of your son/daughter’s hockey fees. This is not mandatory or required by the league!
