Important Notice:  Junior Lancer High School Hockey Tryout Participants.  The board would like to ensure everyone involved understands the High School Travel Tryouts this year.  The board has agreed to explore the possibility of establishing an additional High School Travel team and part of the input that will be used in that decision is the Junior Lancer tryouts that are being held this weekend.  The board has already gathered some information but this will be another piece to consider.  After the tryouts and the selection of the Junior Lancer team the board will meet and go over all of the input we have received and make a decision on the feasibility of another travel High School team and if feasible the board will determine the type of High School travel team that would be the best fit.  There were a couple of candidates that expressed interest in coaching a High School travel team and while we considered conducting interviews prior to the tryouts we feel it is best to first determine the feasibility and the type of team before conducting interviews.
