Omaha, NE | The Omaha Junior Lancers High School Hockey program announced its fourth annual 4-person scramble Golf Tournament will be held at the Tara Hills Golf Club on August 5.

Proceeds will benefit the high school program, which will go towards needed video equipment, video analysis software for teaching, and update computers.

The event price is $85 per entrant and will include cart, green fees, gift bag and an awards dinner at the Tara Hills club house and prizes.

Prizes include hole in one vacation prize winner’s choice valued at $5,000. Other prizes will be available along the course from Dixon Golf and after the event raffle winners will be announced.

Over the last four years the event has helped the high school hockey team raise funds for much needed equipment and pay for ice costs.

About the Junior Lancers

The Omaha Junior Lancers High School hockey program is the premier high school hockey program in Omaha, NE.  The team is comprised of the junior varsity/varsity structure and they play in the Midwest High School Hockey League which plays competition from Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska cities.  The Junior Lancers strive to be the state representative to attend USA Hockey Nationals which will rotate each season, Omaha hosted this event in 2014.
