If you wish to participate, the current personal fundraiser is selling candles produced locally by Omaha Candle Company. The information will be available at Tranquility Ice Rink on July 26th, or you may print it right from the website!

Start Date: Sunday, July 31st
End Date: Sunday, August 14th
Turn in: Order forms must be turned in at Tranquility Ice Rink by 8/14/11. NO EXCEPTIONS. I will be accepting forms in person at Tranquility Ice Rink from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on August 14th. You may also secure them in an envelope and turn them into Gilinda Giles or you can place them in the OHC drop box.
Order forms will not be accepted after August 14, 2011

Candles will arrive approximately 3 weeks from date of order.

WHEN COLLECTING THE MONEY:

• THE CHECKS NEED TO BE MADE OUT TO YOU.
• ONLY ONE CHECK MADE OUT TO “OMAHA HOCKEY CLUB” WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $8.50 PER CANDLE SOLD.
• YOU WILL KEEP THE DIFFERENCE AS YOUR FUNDRAISING PROFIT.

Your order will not be submitted unless this rule is followed.

Candles sell for $17 and $8.50 goes to the skater!

Thank you very much for participating and good luck on selling! As always, these fundraisers are provided to you to help defray the cost of your son/daughter’s hockey fees. This is not mandatory or required by the league!
