OHC Hardship Application

Hardship Assistance Applications will start being accepted on July 15th for the 2025-2026 season.

The Omaha Hockey Club (OHC) has established a Hardship Assistance Program to assist parents and families in meeting their financial commitments for participation in OHC's youth hockey programs. The program provides financial assistance to those who may find themselves in a situation that would otherwise prevent their children from participating in OHC programs.

Financial Assistance Guidelines:

1. The applicant's family must demonstrate financial need.

2. Hardship will be considered to the extent that applicants must perform at or near the limits of their potential. 

3. Families receiving financial assistance will be required to serve volunteer hours to OHC.

4. Funds rewarded will be based on OHC registration fees ONLY. Families are responsible for USA Hockey fees, any team fundraising obligations, travel expenses, league fees, equipment, etc.

5. Applicants must demonstrate a history of good sportsmanship and reliability as a team member.

This application form must be completed and submitted by September 25th, 2025. Applications will be reviewed by the Executive OHC Board, and decisions will be finalized and communicated via email by October 15th. All applications and information will be held in complete confidence. You may be asked to provide additional information or documentation at any time during the review process or at a later date.  

Please be prepared to make first-time payments, and if accepted, those payments will be refunded, and future payments will be forgiven.
