Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Back to School Bash 3v3
No refunds after registration are available.
Omaha Fall Classic
No Refunds given after August 1, 2025
Stockyard Classic
No refund will be awarded for cancellations within 20 days of the tournament start date. Registration fees (less a processing fee) will be refunded for a cancellation out of the 20 day window, should the cancelling team be replaced and the tournament division affected is filled.
House League (SQ, PW, BN)
Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season; however, $50.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable at any time. Once a player participates in any on ice activity, or if, for any reason, a player is not able or does not wish to participate once the season has begun, the entire registration fee is non-refundable and all remaining outstanding payments continue to be due. If you are concerned about this, we suggest purchasing the offered registration insurance.
Omaha Winter Classic
Date of Registration - November 1st, 2025: $50 non-refundable processing fee November 2nd & beyond: No fees will be refunded to any team.
High School Club
Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season; however, $50.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable at any time. Once a player participates in any on ice activity, or if, for any reason, a player is not able or does not wish to participate once the season has begun, the entire registration fee is non-refundable and all remaining outstanding payments continue to be due. Omaha Lady Jr Lancer Showcase
Date of Registration - December 15th, 2024: $50 non-refundable processing fee December 15th & beyond: No fees will be refunded to any team.
Omaha Stampede
Date of Registration - January 15th, 2025: $50 non-refundable processing fee January 15th & beyond: No fees will be refunded to any team.
Mites (8U)
Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season; however, $50.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable at any time. Girls Travel - Lady Jr Lancers
No Refunds Policy: Once the roster spot is accepted, all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, player injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
